With the aim of widely promoting the beauty of its homeland, people, and tourism potential to both domestic and international visitors, the Ninh Binh Department of Tourism is organizing the “Beautiful Ninh Binh Tourism Photos” Contest 2025. This meaningful event contributes to affirming Ninh Binh’s position as a national and regional center of tourism and a heritage city of natural wonders.
The contest seeks to honor the natural beauty, cultural heritage, people, and daily life across Ninh Binh (including the former provinces of Ninh Binh, Ha Nam, and Nam Dinh). From cultural and historical heritage sites, festivals, and traditional craft villages to distinctive cuisine—all serve as creative inspiration for photographers.
The contest is open to all professional and amateur photographers, both domestic and international, who possess captivating photos depicting Ninh Binh’s tourism. Entries must be original works that have not been previously published or submitted to any other competition. Each participant may submit up to 50 single photos, in color or black and white, authentically reflecting real life without misleading edits or alterations.
Submitted works must meet technical standards: digital image files in JPG format, minimum length of 3,500 pixels, resolution of 300 dpi, and without borders or identifying marks. Entries can be sent by post to Ninh Binh Tourism Promotion Information Center, 77 Luong The Vinh Street, Hoa Lu Ward, Ninh Binh Province, or via email at xuctiendulichninhbinh@gmail.com. The submission deadline is November 15, 2025. The award ceremony and exhibition are expected to take place in December 2025.

Award-winning photos will be displayed in exhibitions, featured in tourism publications, and promoted on domestic and international media platforms. Winning photographers will receive Certificates of Recognition and cash prizes. This contest also offers an opportunity for photographers to showcase their creativity, reach a broader audience, and contribute to promoting Ninh Binh’s tourism image.
The “Beautiful Ninh Binh Tourism Photos” Contest 2025 serves as a platform for photographers and photography enthusiasts to exchange experiences, express creativity, and celebrate the beauty of this heritage land. Outstanding works will help introduce Ninh Binh’s landscapes, people, and rich cultural-historical values to a wide audience. The contest also aims to build a comprehensive photo archive for tourism promotion, reinforcing the brand “Ninh Binh Tourism – The Splendor of the Ancient Capital.”
