Ninh Binh Department of Tourism launches the “Digital Literacy Campaign”

Update: 23/10/2025
In line with Plan No. 12-KH/DU dated October 2, 2025, issued by the Party Committee of the Provincial People’s Committee on promoting and implementing the “Digital Literacy Campaign,” the Ninh Binh Department of Tourism has released its own Plan No. 09-KH/DU dated October 6, 2025, to carry out this initiative. The plan aims to enhance communication efforts, raise awareness, and foster a spirit of learning digital skills across the entire Party organization.

The “Digital Literacy Campaign” is a major initiative launched by the Party and the State, designed to provide basic knowledge about digital transformation and digital skills to officials, Party members, civil servants, public employees, and workers. It contributes to building a digital learning society and accelerating national digital transformation.

Accordingly, communication and outreach will be conducted widely through diverse and flexible methods, such as: mass media, the Department’s online portals, and social media platforms (Facebook, Zalo, YouTube, TikTok, etc.); organizing thematic sessions titled “Party Members Taking the Lead in Learning Digital Skills”; visual communication through posters, banners, and digital billboards; as well as training courses and workshops on digital skills for officials, Party members, and employees.

Officials, Party members, and employees across the Department are encouraged to actively participate in the campaign by accessing and studying materials available at:

The Party Committee Office of the Department of Tourism is tasked with providing guidance, monitoring progress, and summarizing results of the campaign’s implementation. Subordinate Party cells are responsible for organizing communication activities, sharing updates, and posting positive information on their respective communication channels. Notably, the Party cell of the Ninh Binh Tourism Promotion Information Center has been assigned to develop a pilot model for implementing the “Digital Literacy Campaign” in the tourism sector, to be completed by November 15, 2025.

In addition, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Department of Tourism will organize a thematic activity titled “Youth Pioneering in Learning Digital Skills,” aiming to spread the spirit of learning, creativity, and digital transformation among young members.

The “Digital Literacy Campaign” marks an important step in improving digital capacity among officials and Party members. It also contributes to building the image of Ninh Binh’s tourism staff as dynamic, innovative, and tech-savvy professionals—pioneering in the digital era.
