With the purpose of promoting and introducting attractive features and outstanding values of Ninh Binh tourism resources, especially of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage - Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex, from May 27, 2023 to June 4, 2023, Ninh Binh organizes Ninh Binh Tourism Week 2023 with the theme "Golden colors of Tam Coc - Trang An". In the series of activities of Tourism Week, the Photo tour program "Golden colors of Tam Coc - Trang An" is an attractive event, a rendezvous for photographers and photography enthusiasts.

Tam Coc - Bich Dong tourist area is located in the core area of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage - Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex with a system of caves, limestone mountains, beautiful rice fields. At the end of May and the beginning of June, the sky is clear blue, the bright golden rays of the sun blend with the ripe yellow rice fielsd and the green leaves, stretching on both sides of the Ngo Dong River, creating a breathtakingly beautiful natural scene. This time is the most beautiful moment of the year in Tam Coc, a golden time for photographers who are passionate about the art of photography. Celebrating Tourism Week 2023, this year Tam Coc rice fields are put on the artistic painting "Ly Ngu Vong Nguyet" on a rice field of more than 9,500m2.

This year, the Photo Tour program "Golden colors of Tam Coc - Trang An" attracted the participation of nearly 130 photographers from photography clubs across the country. With the experience gathered in previous organizations, the Ninh Binh Department of Tourism has coordinated with the Provincial Association of Literature and Arts to select a number of photography locations. Especially this year, in addition to the beauty photography locations of Tam Coc tourist area, the organizers also selected Thung Nham eco-tourism area with many poetic scenes for photographers to take pictures .
