Ninh Binh Tourism Week 2023 with the theme "Golden Color of Tam Coc - Trang An" will take place from May 27 to June 4, 2023 at Tam Coc - Bich Dong tourist area. Currently, the preparation activities for Tourism Week have been urgently completed by the units, ensuring safety, thoughtfulness and readiness for the success of the event, promising to leave many good impressions on domestic and international tourists.
Ninh Binh tourism week "The golden color of Tam Coc - Trang An" is held annually since 2018 at the right time when the rice fields are ripe and golden by the Ngo Dong river. The highlight of the Ninh Binh Tourism Week 2023 is the opening ceremony which is expected to take place at 7:30 am on May 27, 2023 at the stage set up on the rice fields at Hang 2 area of Tam Coc tourist route.
This year, the rice fields are shaped with the art of depicting the painting "Ly Ngu Vong Nguyet" in a dreamy rice field of more than 9,500m2 with the desire to raise the value of agricultural activities through the image of rice plants and pray for them a year of national peace and security, with favorable wind and rain, and a bountiful harvest.
To prepare for Ninh Binh Tourism Week, the Management Board of Tam Coc - Bich Dong tourist area has dredged along both banks of Ngo Dong river, repaired Thanh wharf area, embellished pedestrian streets, and promoted environmental sanitation. At present, relevant units have also rushed to prepare the best conditions to be ready to welcome delegates and tourists to participate in Ninh Binh Tourism Week.
Ninh Binh Tourism Week is part of a series of events to celebrate the 1055th anniversary of Dai Co Viet's state, an event that contributes to preserving and honoring outstanding global values of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage.
