AUTUMN IN NINH BINH

Update: 26/09/2023
Autumn is the time in Ninh Binh when mother nature pampers you with the best weather and amazing landscape of the fish swamps. The temperature is just right for you to wander around the beautiful rural sites and villages.

During the autumn season, Ninh Binh experiences a refreshing and dry climate, with temperatures averaging between 20°C  to 27°C (68-80.6°F). This makes it the good time  to visit Ninh Binh for travellers to explore the region's stunning outdoor attractions, including Tam Coc, Trang An.

Around 100km to the south from Hanoi, Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex in the northern province of Ninh Binh is one of the most popular and an attractive tourist destination in Vietnam. Trang An in every autumn is as beautiful as a watercolor, lyrical and emotional painting as gentle as the wind that crept into the soul, moving the hearts of tourists.

The autumn is coming, the clear blue sky and the beauty of rivers, caves and forests make Trang An like a lively natural world full of charm. Coming to Trang An, in addition to admiring the majestic mountains, visitors also learn fascinating anecdotes about a heroic historical period of the nation when exploring the hydrodynamics and immersing in the sacred atmosphere of cultural relics.

Come to Trang An eco-tourism area to enjoy the water-color painting, lyrical infatuation with people under the sweet golden sunshine of cool autumn weather, explore the magical caves and have moments of tranquility and relaxation with the unique spiritual culture of this place.

For a panoramic view of the scenic population of Trang An from above, Dance Cave (Hang Múa) is the ideal place. In order to get here, visitors have to climb nearly 500 steps along the rocky slopes.

Located in Ninh Hai commune, Hoa Lu district, Ninh Binh province and only 100km from Hanoi, Tam Coc tourism site is an ideal getaway venue for city dwellers, especially in Autumn. Visiting the site, tourists will lose themselves in the beauty of mountains, caves and rural villages, and perhaps even find some peace for their souls in the splendour of nature. Tourists on river cruise may contemplate the beauty of an aquatic ecosystem in crystal clear water. ‘Tam Coc’, which means ‘three caves’ in Vietnamese, includes the caves Ca, Hai and Ba, which were created by the river current running through karst mountains. From a high view on a mountain, the scenery looks more like a stunning painting than reality. Mountains make a good job of isolating Thai Vi temple from urban bustling atmosphere. Tourists may go on a boat tour to enjoy the stunning beauty of Tam Coc in autumn.
