Attending the conference were comrades: Tran Song Tung, Member of Standing Committee of Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Thuc Hien, Member, Vice Chairman of Can Tho City People's Committee; Ha Van Sieu, Deputy Director General of Vietnam National Administration of Tourism; Department of Tourism of three provinces Ninh Binh, Quang Ninh, Binh Dinh; Can Tho Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Vietnam Tourism Association; Tourism Association of Ninh Binh, Quang Ninh, Mekong Delta; Trade and tourism investment promotion centers and more than 170 tourism service businesses, Vietjet Air, Van Don International Airport and representatives of central and local press agencies.

At the conference, the delegates watched a slide show Flast Intro to introduce the potentials and strengths of tourism development of the provinces and cities: Ninh Binh, Quang Ninh, Binh Dinh, and Can Tho. These four localities all have their own strengths, complement each other, creating the need for linkages to exchange visitors between the Northeast, South Central Coast and Mekong Delta. Therefore, this association is the right direction to implement Resolution No. 08 dated 16 January, 2012 of the Politburo on developing tourism into a spearhead economic sector, Option 829 of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism on reopening tourism activities in the context of the new normal and the province's tourism development recovery plan.

Discussing at the conference, delegates said that localities need to have specific plans to deploy linked content as soon as possible, especially the immediate development of linked products between localities and tourism promotion to increase the number of tourists and tourism revenue for the localities; create motivation for tourism businesses and related service businesses to implement business plans.

At the conference, Ninh Binh organized a booth to display and distribute leaflets and publications to introduce tourism products and typical OCOP products of the province, attracting the attention of the participants.

To show the cohesion in inter-regional tourism development cooperation, leaders of the Departments of Tourism of the provinces: Ninh Binh, Quang Ninh, Binh Dinh and the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Can Tho City signed a cooperation agreement for tourism development; Leaders of the Tourism Associations of the provinces also signed a cooperation agreement to link tourism development with the Mekong Delta Tourism Association./.
