Referring to Ninh Binh, people do not forget to mention the popular tourist attractions such as Trang An, Bai Dinh, Cuc Phuong, Tam Coc - Bich Dong.etc. One of the most famous tourist attractions of Ninh Binh that tourists should not forget to visit is Mua Cave - A place also known as the miniature Great Wall of Vietnam.

Mua Cave is a cave in limestone mountains, located in the complex of Trang An scenic spots, in Khe Dau Ha village, Ninh Xuan commune, Hoa Lu district, Ninh Binh province. Mua Cave is located at the foot of Mua Mountain, shaped like a large upside down bell, about 800m2 in width. According to legend, in the past, when King Tran returned to Hoa Lu to establish Am Thai Vi, he often stopped by here to enjoy the wonderful dances of beautiful women. Therefore, this place is named Mua Cave.

The way to Hang Mua is very similar to the ancient Chinese architecture - the Great Wall. You can test your endurance by climbing 500 stone steps stretching from the foot of the mountain to the top of the cave, watching the whole picture of majestic mountains full of magnificence. The two sides of the stairs are beautifully sculpted stone statues with many unique artistic shapes such as majestic dragons and phoenixes.

You can discover the charming image of the palace maidens carved on many stone blocks in the cave. Mua Cave is located on the east side of the mountain, so visitors should climb the cave early in the morning to enjoy the cool and fresh air here. As soon as you reach the top of the mountain, you are like mastering heaven and earth, immersed in the vastspace of mountains and forests. Especially, if visitors come to Mua Cave in May and June, when the rice season is abundant, it will form a beautiful painting. Mua Cave exudes not only a peaceful and quiet beauty but also magnificent and majestic with the imprint of the ancient land of the ancient capital. If you have the opportunity to visit Ninh Binh, do not forget to discover the unique features of this place.
