This is one of the greatest festivals in the North at first days of spring. The festival is composed of two following parts: The Ritual consist of ceremonies such as incense burned to worship Buddha, commemoration of Saint Nguyen Minh Khong's contribution, Cao Son and Thanh Mau Thuong Ngan ceremonies and opening of the festival with drum and gong beating. The festival is composed of spiritual activities such as  Procession, calligraphy writing, exhibition of cultural- artistic images and pictures to introduce Bai Dinh Pagoda and Trang An ecotourism site, ceremony to pray for peace for people and country, bird releasing, drum performance and Cheo singing, etc.
