In an effort to effectively and impressively promote the image of Ninh Bình tourism, the Ninh Bình Department of Tourism will organize the “Tam Coc Golden Season” Photography Tour 2026. The program aims to strengthen communication activities and introduce the natural beauty, cultural heritage, and people of Ninh Bình through the art of photography. At the same time, it seeks to spread the value of the destination across digital platforms and domestic as well as international media channels.
According to the plan, the “Tam Coc Golden Season” Photography Tour 2026 will take place over two days, from May 23 to May 24, 2026, at several prominent destinations, including Tam Cốc – Bích Động Tourist Area, Tam Chúc Tourist Area, and Hải Tiến Beach Tourist Area. These locations are renowned for their unique landscapes and rich cultural and historical values, making them ideal settings for photographic creativity.

The “Tam Coc Golden Season” Photography Tour aims to honor the beauty of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage Site - Tràng An Landscape Complex, with the highlight being the ripe rice season in Tam Coc. The tour will also introduce and promote other attractive tourist destinations in the region, such as the Tam Chúc Tourist Area and coastal tourism destinations. In addition, the program will provide favorable conditions for photographers and journalists to conduct fieldwork, create artistic works, and collect high-quality materials. Through this, a rich visual database will be developed to serve the long-term communication and promotion of Ninh Bình tourism.
A key highlight of the program is the filming and photography activities during the golden rice season at the Tam Coc Tourist Area. The Tam Coc artistic rice field has been designed with the theme “Two Horses Paying Tribute for Achievement” - a symbol representing aspiration, perseverance, solidarity, and development. In addition, artists will capture the spiritual-cultural spaces, lakes, and mountain landscapes of Tam Chúc, as well as the coastal scenery and fishermen’s daily life at Hải Tiến Beach. The creative content will also focus on tourism activities and visitors’ experiences at the destinations, contributing to a valuable photo collection for communication and promotional purposes.

The program is expected to attract more than 100 photographers and journalists from both central and local media agencies. Organizational preparations are being actively carried out by relevant units, including site surveys, transportation arrangements, logistical preparation, and the development of safety plans for participants. Tourist sites and destinations are also coordinating to provide favorable conditions for creative and filming activities, contributing to the overall quality of the program and creating a positive impression on participating delegates.
The “Tam Coc Golden Season” Photography Tour 2026 is a meaningful activity within the framework of Ninh Bình Tourism Week 2026. The event contributes to honoring the outstanding values of the heritage while continuing to promote the image of Ninh Bình tourism in a modern, effective, and sustainable manner, thereby affirming Ninh Bình’s position as an attractive destination on the tourism map of Vietnam and the world.
