The Ninhbinhtourisminfo App provides a comprehensive tourism information system about Ninh Binh with seven main sections: Explore, Sightseeing, Accommodation, Restaurants, Highlights, News, and Weather. Notably, the app integrates a digital tourism map of Ninh Binh, allowing visitors to easily locate and search for destinations, restaurants, hotels, shopping areas, and entertainment services. In addition, users can create personalized tours and itineraries based on their preferences.
The online Chatbot system offers instant information about news, events, tours, facilities, and hotline contact, providing a convenient and interactive user experience. The app also includes feedback and rating features, enabling authorities and businesses to promptly capture visitor needs and continuously improve service quality.
