The international tourism fair ITB Berlin 2023 officially took place from 07 – 9 March, 2023 in Berlin, Federal Republic of Germany.

ITB Berlin is one of the largest international travel fairs in the world. Every year, the fair attracts the participation of more than 10,000 exhibitors (including destinations, corporations, travel agencies, travel reservation system developers, airlines, hotels/ resorts and other tourism-related service providers) from nearly 190 countries and territories worldwide to introduce and promote destinations, products, services...
Vietnam participates in a general booth with an area of 450m2 with unique and impressive models of Khue Van Cac (Hanoi), Cau Pagoda (Hoi An), Ben Thanh Market (Ho Chi Minh City), and other pictures, photos promoting destinations, unique types of tourism products, showing the position of Vietnam Tourism at the world's largest travel fair.

In order to promote the promotion of Ninh Binh tourism image and Trang An World Heritage site to the tourist market of the Federal Republic of Germany in particular and Europe in general, the delegation of Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee led by Mr. Tran Song Tung, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, as the head of the delegation, participated in the promotion of Ninh Binh tourism in the general booth of Vietnam. Accompanied by comrades: Bui Van Manh, Provincial Commissioner, Director of the Department of Tourism; Dinh Trong Soan, Deputy Director of Provincial Public Security and some representatives of departments, agencies and branches in the province.
At the fair, Ninh Binh introduced and provided information to visitors and partners with many documents and publications to introduce Ninh Binh tourism such as: photo book, map, Ninh Binh travel manual, USB with video clips introducing Ninh Binh tourism, brochures, special gift vouchers about resorts for tourists. During the Fair, besides participating in general activities organized by the National Administration of Tourism, the delegation of Ninh Binh visited and studied the booths of international friends, met, exchanged and worked with partners and travel agencies to introduce the beauty of culture and tourism in Ninh Binh.
Participating in the ITB Berlin International Tourism Fair 2023 is an opportunity for Ninh Binh to promote, advertise, introduce tourism images, provide information and tourism products to businesses participating in the fair. This is an important activity that contributes to bringing the image of the people, the country of Vietnam and the unique cultural features of Ninh Binh to the world. It is believed that in the coming time, the number of tourists from Europe will increase in Vietnam in general and Ninh Binh in particular.
