In order to implement the policy of restoring domestic tourism activities of Vietnam Tourism in the late 2021 period to achieve the "dual goal" of both disease prevention and economic development according to the general policy, especially the Decree No. 128/NQ-CP dated October 11, 2021 of the Government, Ninh Binh Department of Tourism will coordinate with Hanoitourist travel company to organize a pilot program of safe travel from Hanoi to Ninh Binh.
On November 26, 2021, Ninh Binh Department of Tourism and Hanoitourist travel company had a discussion and survey to build a safe tour to welcome out-of-province tourists to Ninh Binh. Accordingly, Hanoitourist travel company will be responsible for organizing safe tourist groups from Hanoi to Ninh Binh province, scheduled departure time on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 4 December of 2021.
According to the project of Safe Caravan tour program "Going to Ninh Binh to visit Hoa Lu - The ancient capital of a thousand years" is suitable for domestic tourists, firstly tourists in Hanoi, then tourists in other provinces and cities in safe areas. There are one-day program or program of 2 days 1 night at famous typical tourist spots such as: Hoa Lu ancient capital, Trang An landscape complex, Bai Dinh pagoda, Cuc Phuong national park.
The program will be organized in the form of a self-driving car Caravan with the motto "Non-touch tourism" to ensure maximum safety for visitors, waiters and people at the destination along with the supervision and control closely of Hanoitourist Travel Company and state management agencies at the destination during the process of consulting, providing services, as well as other service providers. Participating visitors must comply with the regulations of the health sector and local authorities.
The pilot organization of a safe tourism program is an opportunity to promote the image of safe and beautiful Ninh Binh with rich cultural identity and many scenic spots, historical sites, etc. There is one of some activities to soon restore tourism services, implement the dual goals of epidemic prevention and economic development in Ninh Binh province.
