Within the framework of Vietnam International Travel Mart VITM Hanoi 2023, on the morning of April 13, 2023, the Ninh Binh Department of Tourism coordinated with the Nghe An Department of Tourism, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Thanh Hoa provincesm and Ha Tinh province co-organized a conference on tourism promotion: Ninh Binh - Thanh Hoa - Nghe An - Ha Tinh "A journey - Four localities - Many experiences" at the Trade Union Convention Center, No. 01A Yet Kieu, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi.

At the conference, the delegates were introduced to potentials, strengths, attractive destinations as well as new tourism products and tourism stimulus programs of 04 localities.
