Bamboo restaurant is located in the center of Vedana resort with open design space, providing indoor, semi-outdoor and outdoor spaces, with a total height of up to 16 m, equivalent to a 5-floor house, roof radius is about 18 m, more than 1,000 m2 wide, a huge space made up of more than 70,000 bamboo trees, the bamboo structure consists of 36 bamboo frames creating a 3-storey dome form inspired by traditional architecture. The special thing is that there is no metal material to connect the bamboo stalks. The bamboo trunks are connected together by sharp bamboo rods and parachute strings, showing the talent of the craftsmen who have created this very special structure.

Inspired by the source of mother nature, with all love and appreciation for the beauty of nature, national pride associated with the cultural traditions of a country of thousands of years of civilization, Bamboo restaurant has designed by architect Vo Trong Nghia with great enthusiasm and won many great awards. In 2021, this bamboo house architecture won the Dezeen Prize 2021, an annual award to recognize the most impressive and new architectural works from countries around the world. In the same year, Vedana bamboo restaurant is the only project in Vietnam to win the Grand Prize at the 11th YUANYE Awards international competition. In 2022, bamboo restaurant was voted in the category of Works. The unique architecture of the "Top 7 Impressive Vietnam 2022" launched by the Saigon website - a publication of the Saigon Economic Review.
