Truong Han Sieu Temple is a tourist attraction in the center of Ninh Binh city. The temple was built next to the foot of Non Nuoc mountain at the confluence of Day and Van rivers. It is a cultural and spiritual destination of Ninh Binh people.

Truong Han Sieu was born in Phuc Am village, Yen Ninh district, Truong Yen street (now Phuc Thanh ward, Ninh Binh city, Ninh Binh province). He was a man of martial arts talent, a mandarin, a cultural celebrity of the Tran dynasty. Together with Nguyen Trung Ngan, he wrote the Code of "Hinh Thu" and the book "Royal Dynasty", laying the foundation for the Vietnamese feudal system to operate according to the law.

Temple of Truong Han Sieu was built in 1998, including 3 compartments, Bai Duong and 2 harem compartments, two floors with tiled roofs, corners with curved blades. Looking at the roof edge rolled up at both ends like the image of a dragon boat. On the roof of the temple are two dragons adoring the moon. The façade of the temple has a great inscription written in Chinese characters "Truong Thang Phu Tu". The harem has incense and the statue of Truong Han Sieu is cast in bronze

Near Truong Han Sieu Temple is the historical and cultural monument of Non Nuoc Pagoda, located on the opposite side across Non Nuoc Mountain. All combined into a cultural and spiritual area in the middle of Ninh Binh city.

The temple is a historical and cultural work showing the respect and pride of Ninh Binh people for cultural celebrity Truong Han Sieu. It is a place of spiritual activities of a large number of local people and tourists from all over the world.
