When the sound of cicadas signals the arrival of summer, the rice fields in Tam Coc turn yellow - the color of abundance and happiness as if inviting visitors to visit and explore.

Tam Coc - Bich Dong is located in Ninh Hai commune, Hoa Lu district, Ninh Binh province, about 7km from Ninh Binh city center. Tam Coc means three caves, including simple names: Ca cave, Hai cave and Ba cave with the gentle Ngo Dong stream weaving through the mountain bed. To enjoy the scenery of Tam Coc, visitors take about 2 to 3 hours by boat along the Ngo Dong River, hidden along the cliffs, through the caves.

Tam Coc is beautiful in every season, but perhaps at the end of May is the most beautiful time when Tam Coc is dressed in the golden color of the rice fields that are in the golden age stretching along the Ngo Dong river. Under the early summer sun, Tam Coc brightens up with a dreamy look. The beauty of the golden and young rice fields, the interweaving clouds and sky make this place as beautiful as a natural painting dotted by countless colors.

In particular, this year, visitors to Tam Coc will be able to admire the artistic rice fields with the image of the festival flag embracing the word "Tam Coc's golden color". This is one of the first artistic rice fields in the North, it is the unanimous cooperation of businesses with the government and local people to breathe life into the rice plant to create a unique work of art, endless inspiration for photographers when returning to Tam Coc in particular and to the charming young land of Ninh Binh in general.

The image of Ngo Dong River like a soft silk strip, gently squeezed onto the golden rice carpet, winding around the mountains in Tam Coc always invites visitors to visit and explore.
