On 2nd, July, 2021, the Provincial People's Committee issued Official Letter No. 369/UBND-VP6 on allowing the resumption of some activities and services in the province.
Based on the current situation of the COVID-19 epidemic in the province, which is under good control; In order to well implement the "dual goal" to ensure safety, improve people's health, and ensure socio-economic development, the Provincial People's Committee directed to allow the operation from 0:00 on 3rd July 2021 for some of the following types of business and services:
- Tourist attractions, relics in the province (only welcome and serve guests in the province);
- All services (except Karaoke, discotheque, Bar, sauna, massage, online games, video games);
- Food service locations (except for food services in public amusement parks).
The Provincial People's Committee also requires service and catering facilities when they resume operations to strictly comply with the 5K message and measures on COVID-19 prevention and control according to regulations. Heads of service businesses and establishments must take responsibility of law for compliance with regulations on COVID-19 prevention and control.
In addition, continue to limit the organization of unnecessary gatherings of people; strictly implement the wearing of masks when going out, keeping the distance between people in public places. For other activities, comply with the provisions of current documents.
