The northern province of Ninh Binh will organise the Tourism Food Festival and the Trang An - Cuc Phuong Hot Air Balloon Festival from October 18 to 29 to mark the 10th anniversary of UNESCO’s recognition of Trang An Landscape Complex as a World Cultural and Natural Heritage Site.
Accordingly, the Ninh Binh Tourism Food Festival 2024 will open on October 18 to introduce the locality’s unique culinary culture and new and attractive tourism products to both domestic and international tourists.
In particular, there will be a range of culinary demonstrations put on by famous chefs from the Vietnam Chefs Association and the Vietnam Culinary Culture Association during the opening ceremony.
Attending the opening ceremony of the festival were comrades: Bui Van Manh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Tourism; Duong Thi Thanh - President of the Tourism Association; representative of the organizing unit, Ngan Ha Trading and Construction Company Limited - Dinosaur Park; representatives of sponsoring units; representatives of tourism service businesses in the province; central and local press agencies and a large number of people attending.
The 2024 Ninh Binh Tourism Food Festival is organized to introduce, perform, and exchange culture and cuisine between districts, cities, restaurant and hotel systems in Ninh Binh province. This is a tourism event, contributing to preserving, honoring, promoting the value of traditional culinary culture, researching and restoring ancient Royal dishes of Hoa Lu Capital. Enhancing the value of dishes and cuisine of the ancient capital of Hoa Lu. Through the event, we create new, unique and attractive tourism products to attract domestic and international tourists. At the same time, we introduce and promote the image of the tourism destination brand, culinary culture, people, potentials and advantages of Ninh Binh tourism.
