Opening of the training course in bar skills

Implementing Resolution No. 07-NQ/TU dated October 29, 2021 of the Provincial Party Committee's Executive Committee on tourism development for the period 2021 - 2030, with orientation to 2045 and Plan No. 692/KH-SDL dated 27 July, 2022 of the Department of Tourism on the organization of training courses on tourism skills in 2022, on the morning of September 21, 2022, at Emeralda Resort Ninh Binh, Gia Van commune, Gia Vien district, Department of Tourism Ninh Binh held the opening ceremony of a training course on bar skills.

Attending the opening ceremony were Mr. Pham Duy Phong - Deputy Director of Department of Tourism; Master Bui Thi Thu Huyen - Lecturer at Faculty of Hotel and Restaurant, Hanoi College of Commerce and Tourism; Ms. Duong Thi Thanh - Chairwoman of Tourism Association; Reporters of Ninh Binh Newspaper, Radio and Television Station and nearly 50 students who are officials and employees are working at tourism service businesses in the province.
According to the program, students will be imparted basic knowledge about Eurasian culinary culture, understand the tools, presentation and serving method corresponding to many different menus, grasp customer psychology, service skills, food hygiene and safety, etc., thereby contributing to improving the professional qualifications and professionalism of the bar and table department and helping students to be more confident before the requirements from customers, to satisfy the most demanding customers.
Classes will be held on September 21 and 22, 2022. After completing the training course, students will be granted a certificate of the Department of Tourism.
