Accordingly, from March 15, 2022, Ninh Binh province is open door to welcome international guests to visit, travel, relax, attend conferences, seminars, etc; tourists can choose to follow a package tour organized by a travel agency or go solo to choose services associated with safe epidemic prevention and control procedures, ensuring flexibility, profitability for tourists; organize the reception of international tourists who fully meet the conditions and standards as prescribed and guided by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Ministry of Health and relevant ministries, branches and units.
Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee requires activities to welcome and serve guests to strictly comply with epidemic prevention and control measures under the direction of the Government, the National Steering Committee for Covid-19 prevention and control, guiding of the Ministry of Health and relevant authorities; ensure safety, convenience and complete experience for tourists when coming to Ninh Binh; businesses, workers and communities are proactive, ready to welcome guests and have flexible and timely handling plans in the process of organizing international tourist arrivals; ensure close coordination between state management agencies, units, organizations and individuals in the process of welcoming tourists; Promote communication activities, tourism promotion and information technology application in the process of implementation.
This is a plan to promptly and effectively deploy tasks and solutions to gradually restore and develop tourism business and related services in the context of the new normal, safe and flexible adaptation. effective operation and control of the Covid-19 epidemic; promptly support and remove difficulties for tourism business activities due to the negative impact of the Covid-19 epidemic, promote the growth of tourists to Ninh Binh province, restore the tourism industry; promote tourism image of Ninh Binh province with the message of "safe, friendly, quality and attractive destination"; affirming the destination brand of Ninh Binh tourism; strengthen the participation and coordination of all levels, sectors, localities, tourism businesses and the community to gradually recover and minimize damage caused by the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic on the tourism industry and sectors, related fields; mobilize the participation and response of tourism businesses to build quality and unique tourism products bearing the Ninh Binh tourism brand.
